V4's rear axle is 90% done and ready to go back under the chassis. Cleaned up and painted, upper links are ready for powder. The bed mods are almost finished, should be back on early next week so we can start the upper shock mounts.

So I noticed the Zone Offroad boxes in the back, would you recommend most of their products?

I don't know, Steven bought a cheap lift for his Jeep so thats why they're here.

where do all these good condition sienna seats come from?

Ebay, there are a few suppliers that sell them.

Do these slide and turn? If so I'm interested in a couple for the next run for Das Bus.

Yes, both slide, pass side swivels.

Was this initially a dually?

Negative, SRW.

Thx for posting the link DzlToy.
Feel free to PM me onemanarmy. I purchased 3 sets from the most reliable ebay seller and I can give you his contact info. Many others here appear to have purchased from him too.

Found a handy tool that helps on the install of the UJOINT front springs hangers. StongArm5 worked well to help with the drilling. I would put a magnet on the foot but it did help. Arms are not sore! Used it a couple other times as well for other things. MAybe I will get this install done before Christmas.... of 2017!:jumping:

I'm sure you've seen them, but an "annular cutter" might be a great idea for these holes... Especially for a shop that will be doing this over and over. There are other names for them but you get the idea... they cut smoother, faster, less bind, and last far longer than hole saws or drill bits... love the build

4×4 Motorhome Conversions – What You Need to Know

4x4-lead-1-this.jpg

“Conversions such as this are all about the leaf spring specs, the weight ratings of the unit (to the actual weight of the class C), and overall spring capacity,” says owner of UJoint OffRoad Chris Steuber. “The advantage of the springs is they hold up the exact axle weight of the vehicle. This also means that users don’t have to rely on large airbags in the rear to achieve smoother driving experiences. Basically, we replaced the Ford factory suspension and installed our spring hangers. We then added our custom-spec`d leaf springs that are an exact match to the weight of Joe`s class C.”
