Found a few errors, happens. He said we make everything in house but there are no proprietary parts.... should have said proprietary "wearing" parts.

I'm sure you've seen them, but an "annular cutter" might be a great idea for these holes... Especially for a shop that will be doing this over and over. There are other names for them but you get the idea... they cut smoother, faster, less bind, and last far longer than hole saws or drill bits... love the build

When I built the new frame for my Fuso this was one of the things that made the job possible. Cutting literally hundreds of holes in the new frame.

Well if its not made by Ford wouldn't it be considered proprietary?

Never mind, i think I get what your saying. He should have said, there are proprietary parts but nothing that would need to be replaced in the future.

Exactly. The propietary parts aren't wearing. All wearing parts are commonly available.

Awesome day here at the shop! This cool coachman rv came by to discuss a conversion, he's leaving it for the full UJOR treatment. Minutes after I was describing the Bigfoot we recently did I got a text from the owner, he was 2 hours out and wanted to swing by!

Certainly a good option... much lighter than an Ambo. My Ambo is on the lighter end and it's 8500 lbs empty vs <7000 lbs for the short bus. Ambos are a bit further along, but they're not available in unlimited supply.

V8, done! (for now anyway, still a lot of things to do)

Coil page is live on the site, adding info and parts as quick as I can!
