Guys keep telling me they don't need an "offroad" or "hardcore" van, this is the reason I made the video years ago, to show how our leaf kit acts ON road since this is where the vans spend 95% of their time. Yes, they'll flex and work off road but on road is just as important. Maybe more. I think its cool that a van can do this and still get 16" of front wheel travel at the hub.

Thanks. Had a traditional ball mount originally but after establishing the ride height and measuring the rigs that will be towing it we needed some built in adjustment.

Good start to the week, the trailer is done, just needs a VIN verification from a trooper and we can get the tag! Mounting the Sherpa will be next, I'll post a pic when thats done.
On the ground! Fuel tank in the AM then driveshafts! Leaves for CA Thursday!
Javier/Crows vans are popping up recently, here's a pic of the most recent failure that I've gotten word of. This is also the worst upper trac bar mount fail I've seen from them. Must have been scary! And violent, this is a very strong section of the frame and it peeled it wide open. People will still buy them, they'll still break, not sure if we're fixing this one for him or not.
