Sitting on all 6! F bumper, winch, lights, OBA, airbag plumbing and shafts are all she needs!
Do you ever do super singles instead of duals?
Its time for V6 to get an altitude adjustment. Our shop workhorse wants some attention like his big bros. Just picked up a D50, we have plenty of extra and spare parts laying around so here comes a budget 4" on 255s.
looking forward to this budget build. Right up my alley.
Same here....but I'm not sure Chris knows what "Budget" means
Chris, I'm looking to swap my rear (d60 full float) carrier from 32 spline to 35 spline using Yukon axle shafts. How long of a cut to size axle shaft should I purchase? I can purchase 33.5, 36.5, 39.5 or 43" length.

Get the BOM# off the axle and use this to figure out what you've got. http://www2.dana.com/expertforms/deabill.aspx
Cross reference the # to parts listing. http://www.billavista.com/tech/pdf_...icer Ford Light Axle Applications Catalog.pdf
You can also get the axle code (in my case D422C) off the sticker in the door jamb and email Dana directly to see what you've got. techservice@dana.com
I sourced my D60 FF from a 2001 E350 van.
Driver side 43811-17 37.64" from inside of flange to spline end
Passenger side 43811-16 34.92" from inside of flange to spline end
Sorry, forgot this post. See below!
