Busy week so far. BigBlack came down from NJ for some upgrades that we knocked out in 2 days. New wheels/tires, front dual shock mounts, Bilstein 5160's, Trac Bar kit, Rigid 20" bar in the bumper and a general suspension tune up.



We installed a front receiver on BlueVan, thinking about going production on this one.



Look out when you see these two rolling down the road!

My new product assault continues!

We finished the prototype fuel tank today. 39 gallons & aluminum. I didn't get crazy with the design to get more capacity, decided to keep the tank simple which means lower cost to you guys. 39 is a good # ---Production will start in Jan, tanks will be coated black.

Moving to the rear...... We installed my production rear skid for the EB van which will be housing some batteries for this rig.



But we also added a rear storage box!

Here it is before final welding. 3/16 aluminum. (temp wire for a pull during mockup)



All of these new parts will be available soon! I'll be finalizing the fuel tank price over the weekend.

Sounds good! We'll have them ready by the end of Jan. have another run of bumpers and an Ambo interior to knock out 1st.

Will you be taking deposits for the first run? Any plans on trying to squeeze more fuel space out of it in the future, maybe a higher priced "premium" tank that is more complex, like you mentioned?

Thanks! Yes, can take orders for the 1st run right now. No plans to make a more complicated tank for more capacity. I'm not a fan of the big tanks that are crammed in there. But..... we will be doing something for the rear soon. Aux aft axle tank. Give me a shout if you want a tank!

Either. Right now, the tank is only available for the vans with a bolt in sending unit. We'll add the other styles as we get them in here for mockup.

Stage 2 Sterling 10.5 in!



Happy to announce that this van will be getting a Cummins conversion!



ZVan went home yesterday, lots of goodies on this rig. Full UJ 4" conversion, front bumper, roof rack, OBA kit, rear skid and the full 6.0 treatment.



Got a call from Ford, we ordered this van a few months ago and now it's here! I worked with the owner to spec it out and this will be one heck of a van when we're done. 8" on 37's, LOTS of goodies. V10 loaded with options.



This super clean SMB arrived for some upgrades. We'll be doing a full 6.0 treatment as well as a front bumper from Aluminess.
