These will become side camp lights and double up as hazard lights as I will be keeping the amber cover on them to stop dazzling you at night

These unit have the option of having amber LED put in so there true colour is Amber but I want the option to have white light when I am off roading etc and need as much light as possible

This is the second set of Wilderness lights we have had as we are so impressed with our first set :)

I did a little research on Jersey because I always think of New Jersey when I read your screen name. Interesting place you live. Seems like a great jumping off point for mainland Europe. What's it like living there?

It's a common mistake! It's life in the slow lane so to speak the island is 5 miles by 9 miles so your never too far from anywhere great if you love water sports... terrible if you are a overlander... you can't pack up and leave it all behind it's requires a very expensive ferry trip to escape properly

For example it's cost me £400 to get the hilux and two adults to the mainland UK for a week... what makes it worse is there is only one ferry company so you have no choice but to pay it

Also getting stuff delivered can be a pain... but you have to visit the island to understand it's beauty as all sorts of landscapes are on your doorstep

Installed the bracket I made for the awning side light

It's close the the cab body which might cause rubbing and paint damage so I wedged abit of rubber I had between the light and the cab if it become more of a problem I will re make the bracket

Tried the awning out as well to see if my side window stops would work and it just clears!

Now I have a measurement I will get the bushcables man to magic something up for me

I also test hooked the lights up to see what they are like with the yellow covers on

Even with the diffused lense it's still insainly bright!

It's the first time I managed to get the awning out since I mounted it on the UPRACKS Roof Rack so I grabbed a shot :)

This is one of several things that will be happening to my 4Runner. Did the 3rd gen (96-02) 4Runners ever get sold there?

I personally haven't come across a 4 runner... However we have baby landcrusiers and the daddy "full size" Landcruiser Amazon

The "soft roader" we have is the RAV 4 which I something similar to a 4 runner I think but it has no low range

I think they called the 3rd gen 4Runners "hilux surfs" overseas. The 3rd gen shares the frame and suspension with the Prado, which I heard somewhere was marketed as the land cruiser Colorado in the uk. Maybe on Wikipedia, so take it with some salt and tequila
