Some more goodies in the post today
A couple of carling switches for the camp lights and I finally got around to buying the window stickers for them too!!
Finally I don't have to guess which switch dose what haha
I also received a National Luna Dual Battery Monitor it's the only battery monitor I could find that would suit my needs
It monitors two batteries and has a audible alarm if it detects over charging or if the batteries are drained and requires charging
I was thinking of putting it here... what do you guys think?

I need to add Engine, Diff, ATF and Axles oils but thats the parts i think i need
To defend this list i am going to be on a very tight time frame when away so i cant afford to risk having to wait for spare parts, this dose not mean i am capable of fitting some of this stuff at the road side but it means i can limp it to a garage and hand them the parts to fit
Thoughts are more then welcome though!

I always pack extra fluids, belts and filters in my 4Runner....I used to carry a set of new alternator brushes as well in my old Dodge Power Ram. Unsure about the starter, as stick shift trucks can be pull//push started...automatics not so much. Yours is a stick, right? I always carry spare U-joints. I imagine if you are doing some serious backwoods touring with your truck in deepest Africa, a new timing set and water pump might be a good call...but I wouldnt know how severe that job is on that engine. We dont get to have cool Toyota diesel anything here in the US.
I guess the moral of the story here would be "If you have the room and the need, carry it".

And I just went back though the posts...what BFG's are you running on there, KO2s? I just got a set of those a few weeks back.

I got them from work, after waiting for other wrecked 97-98 4runners to come in with the same brand/tread of spare tire. The Rims are just Toyota 16 inch spare wheels. Probably find them at any parts yard.
