I got my copy from there recently, although thankfully being in the UK means it was for £35. The printed price on the back cover is £22.50 i.e. about $45. It is a great reference manual, the 2nd edition being in monochrome and paper back.

My 1998 edition is hardback, and in color. But I'm wondering if new material was added in the subsequent edition?
