Videos with my GoPro Hero3

Thought I would post a couple videos from my GoPro Hero3. This is out back of our house at our pond. One is of a set of Hooded Mergnaser's and the other is a Kingfisher on the hunt. Just really started playing with it so be easy on me!! I would love to be able to zoom in more, but I think it's the best I can do with Windows live movie maker.

Love mine. I have not had any problems with mine and have not heard anything negative.

i chose a contour camera over the go pro, i cant stand the barrel distortion of the go pro. just never made sense to me to have such good video quality and such horrible barrel distortion.

cool vids tho, love the nature that some people get to experience on a daily basis!

ive heard negative things about hero3 is it good or not?

When it works, it's slick and pretty amazing.

The first one I got had to be returned because it locked up and would never recover. The replacement has been better, but it too will lock up sometimes and need to have the battery pulled. Customer service is slow, and not terribly useful, as well. If you use the Wifi, it will eat the battery in about 40 minutes.

I built a harness to attach it to the dog. It works pretty well - but I shoulda maybe got the black version for this. It would be less jittery at the higher framerate.
