Wanted- LHD Expedition vehicle in or coming to Australia

Hi,
Is there anyone heading overland to Australia in the next 6 months that might wish to sell their vehicle here. (including rego carnet etc. However that works)

Preferred choice would be a mid size canter camper or equivalent but I'd consider anything from a Landcruiser camper combo up to a full size Unimog or MAN.

I'm ready to purchase from now up until December 2010.

I'd even consider flying to where the vehicle might be now to assess and commit.

Why not purchase and ship? what are the import rules like?

Cause the original plan is to go to Europe and start from there. But, due to circumstances and timing it may be better to take over a trip via Oz. Import rules should not be an issue if all docs are transferred. (but could be!)
