I saw that as well, but clamping force of the latch didn't inspire much confidence to me. They do have another new series, the ToughCase, that is more sturdy, more $$, and I didn't see them at Home Depot - http://www.dewalt.com/tool-categories/hand-tools-storage-and-work-support.aspx

The problem I see is where the handles penetrate the case. A seal around the lid isn't very helpful if the handles don't have o-rings or something where they come through the case (JMO).
