Yes, Tortuga =Turtle. Tortuga is the rigs name cause she's big and slow and crawls in the desert. Turtle for the trailer cause she's green and has her house on her back. And the sticker thats in Japanese says turtle cause my wife is Japanese and so is my rig. I'm a dork!
Those LED are cool. I have a bunch of them in the kitchen at home and one in the back of the rig. They sell them at Costco.
So the Bad News:
the state of AZ needed her piece of the pie so when I registered the trailer yesterday, they charged me sales tax.
The Good News:
they based it on the cost of the trailer, not all the extras I got
The Bad News:
$589 - OUCH!
The Good News:
it's a permanent plate and it's done
