Series Plans...

Any plans for your Series III?

Looks to me as though you have the best of both worlds... I've got a friend in Colorado who loves his Disco II and drives a Series IIa. The Disco's seem to be a nice blend of mechanical components and poise and grace.

Scott- it's a 2000 and I have seen a few different ideas for the CDL but not quite sure which to go with, what did you use? I watched the videos of your old one and I see that it is now a must to have it completed before our trip to Durango.

I made my own, by taking a piece of flat stock and machining in the 10mm slot. Then I used a mini-heim and connected a 12" long handle to the lever. The handle ran between the body and frame, and was secured with a small braket. Super simple and robust solution.

this looks vaguely familiar. Does it happen to be "******** Creek" (near I-10 and Ruthrauff)??

Actually it's pinal air park.

I had my little dirtbikes out there and thought I would see how she liked the mud, very impressed with the way we just walked through it.
