What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

That will be awesome.

All. I did was reinstall my front driveshaft after I had it balanced.

nice.. well with the new drive shaft that will eliminate the problem of mine being ready to take a dump. I might strip this axle and part it out, surely someone needs an ARB locker for a D30. Also right now my Jeep is not driveable I might pull the center section/locker as well as axle shafts just so I can drive it. Just will be a 2wd for a few weeks.

No the differential is binding causing the tires to lock up. I could just pull axle shafts and leave the carrier in, but at that point I mid as well pull the carrier is really is not any more trouble.

Had a little accident but turned out good for me. My buddy owns a body shop and turned my misfortune into a set of bushwacker flares. While the fender flare was broken I went ahead and installed a rugged ridge snorkel system.

I'm slowly getting there.

You better watch where you're going and remember where you been.

If you pull the shafts I believe you will need to keep the outer stubshaft in place through the hubs or the bearings will separate. I know on a TJ they will, I keep a hub with a stubshaft (with the u-joint ears cut off) torqued to spec as a trail spare.

On the TJ yes you have to.. I found out the hard way.. *L* but on the JK it is a sealed hub bearing assembly it can be run with out shafts installed. But unlike the TJ you cant just change hub bearings you have to replace the whole hub.

OK, wasn't sure if the JK hubs were different or not. My F-150 has internally secured hubs as well, same hubs for 2WD or 4WD.

Spent 7 hours cutting a hole and welding a bracket onto my bumper, and installing a 7 pin trailer harness and a brake controller for the Neon trailer.
I mounted the controller under the steering wheel.
