What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Finished the 3" Rustys lift install today as well as the 2.5" Flowmaster exhaust. Working on it in the evenings and dealing with lots of cold weather and very rusty components, outdoors, so it took awhile... Sure felt great to go for that first spin again! Ordering 31x10.50 BFG's next week.

when it's a quarter of the way zipped i can still slide the camera in and out with one hand easily, but it won't go flying on a big turn/hill.

Some sort of lost...
Installed my expedition one front bumper, orfab vacuum pump relocation kit, warn zeon 10-s winch, and an EVO no limits manual sway bar disconnect. The manual sway bar disconnect is super basic, it replaces the the electronic sway bar disconnect. Why? The electric disconnect can only be used in 4x4 and at speeds below 20 (or 25?) mph. The motor is a common issue down the years as well. Now I can simply step out, turn the knob a few rotations and the sway bar is disconnected at any speed regardless of transfer case position. To reconnect, just turn the knob the other direction and it will reconnect when it levels out. No bouncing around trying to align pins like other disconnect end links.

I cut the "crash bar" off below the bumper, still need to rotate the disconnect for more ground clearance.

The fog light wiring had to be extended so I supplied the wire and of course soldered the connections. Same with the electrical for the vacuum pump relocation.
