Military Ambulance
I find many second hand ex military ambulance based on U1300L at http://toprest.com/eng/index.php. This will be something like this one in the photo. My only concern is the height which is not enough to standup.

unfortunately the really awesome camper seen there is only viewable as thumbnails. A few years back he had more pics of it up and you could view in full size. But it is broken now!
