When choosing vehicles for his Asiatic Expeditions Roy Chapman Andrews "had a poor opinion of Citroen all-terrain vehicles. Asked to adopt it for the expedition, Andrews found the car to be absolutely impractical for rough work. "It is a nice little French toy," wrote Andrerws to a friend." I am wondering why he had "a poor opinion of Citroen" after the success of La Croisiere Noite of 1924.
