There are plenty of people running aftermarket wheels, but most of them are in the "bling" category (20"+ rims). The OEM wheels are plenty strong and light (forged alloy), is there something wrong with them? Just changing looks?
Andy, the OEM 16's will be lighter and will fit your 2006 fine.
For aftermarket, these are strong, light and have the option of their internal beadlock:

These are light, forged and $$$. I've been trying to find a used set but it's rarity makes it difficult. The 16x7 +25mm offset with a 255/85-16 would be a good combination. A friend is a retailer and could probably cut a good deal for you. But expect a fairly lengthy lead time since they come from Japan.

I haven't seen an external beadlock rim for a 100. If you're just looking to change things up, there's plenty of OEM wheels that will fit from the Tundra.
You can convert stock wheels to beadlocks.
Hutchinson makes some DOT approved 17" beadlock wheels at about 44lbs each. http://www.rockmonsterwheels.com/
Walker Evans also makes beadlocks. They don't list a 5x150 bolt pattern but they offer larger patterns with 6" backspacing which tells me it is possible. Sometimes you can order wheels from companies that are blank and have them machined yourself.
