Definitely not stock. They probably lifted 4" like Quigley does in order to get the front axle under it.

34" tires will work but you will need to trim a little to get it to work. These tires sound like they would work for what you are after. I use Falken Wildpeak AT3-W and like them a lot, but I don't see a lot of mud. Couple this with 1.5" spacers in the rear, and I think your rig would look pretty darn good.
