where are the Porsche cayenne expo builds?

Hey I think you should just break the bank and buy that new diesel cayenne!!! I just read that it will have a range of 740 miles on one tank. that is insane!!!

I just joined the thread and am hoping to get a Cayenne sometime around September. I am looking at the standard model with manual transmission. Off road skid plate options , 17mm rear wheel spacers and xm radio. I am in El Paso and the closest dealer is in Albuquerque or Tucson.

Does anyone know how ong ordering one would take.? Or know of a good dealer that works with the price?

Thanks

Hi guys,

Just to let you know our Touareg gear you've seen is indeed compatible with the Cayenne, although some products do need minor cosmetic tweaks, as such we hadn't launched it yet. You've beaten us to it!

We are planning a full Cayenne expedition build as our next major project. Will confirm availability of parts as and when they are ready, some will be sooner than others.

Regards,

Ben

I am certainly looking forward to this with intense interest.

Wow....When I started this topic I really didn't see this thread exploding like it has. I am glad to see it taking off and yes I still have the cayenne on my radar but the wife and I are paying everything off now so we can have nice things later. I will check in from time to time. :victory:

Hmmm......I'm planning on going to the Overland Expo and might drive the Cayenne down there since its a nicer ride and better on fuel than my truck.......

(and I just finished 5k miles on my motorcycle so not sure I want to go do another 1500 just for a weekend)

Cayenne will look way out of place with its 22" wheels on it right now

Cayenne

I am a week away form sending in my deposit on a new Cayenne with 6spd, skidplates , tow hitch . I have been told getting a a manual transmission will take at least six months as ther are not to many allotted for the US.

I was just curious since on the previous generation you could only get the manual with the GTS and the V6.

The new V6 is a pretty cool set up.

Pics from all angles when you get it.............. or it didn't happen. :)

It will take a couple of months to get. The dealer mentioned that it could be one of the last manual trans Cayenne's as Porsch does not sell any.
