
I do fabrication on the side so this was a project that was brought to me. Car didnt come with a spare tire. Owner does mild offroading and tows a racecar trailer so he needed a place to have a spare. Before it was on the roof.
I designed this to fit under the factory bumper. I wanted to integrate it as clean as possible and keep it tucked close to the body. It was quite a challenge to work within the constraints of the factory bumper but I made it work. Check it out.

Added the latch and the carrier. Also added a second mount connecting spindle to the hitch.
