My 1960 Land Rover has been my daily driver since 1978. In 1986 my driving status changed with the addition of a 1961 Triumph TR3. Since then my daily drive depends upon the weather, where I'm going and what I'm carrying. Oh and whim. Whim is a very important aspect of which gets driven.

Haven't felt a need for a third car, but I do miss the mule since I sold her and moved to the big city, Flagstaff

I drive my d90 almost everyday, my favorite out of all my cars...and when I'm not in it, we drive our mini coopers..

My 300Tdi 110 is also my DD, love it. 3.9EFI RRC is for lazy sunday drives, since gas is a little over $8/gal...

I DD my 200TDI 90, albeit 4 miles round trip, unless I travel for work. It's been especially fun to drive in the great weather lately. Gets great MPG around town too

My 98 D1 was my DD for about 8 years until I retired it to its current backup vehicle status. It went all over the US and never let me down. My 97 D90 is not a DD but I do drive it for fun from time to time to do errands and stuff. It’s mostly an off highway truck that drives to the end of the asphalt though. My wife DD'd the 96 D1 and then my Brother in Law had it on loan for a while as a DD as well until the trans gave up.

I have previously used both my RRCs and my 2 previous 90s as DDs in the UK. DD a 2.5NA Diesel is 'interesting' on the faster roads. DD in a 2.5TD is not much better.

All my LRs have done double duty as off road trucks but the 90s generally have been used much harder than the RRCs/D1s.

I learnt to drive in SIIIs on construction sites that my dad worked on back before the coil sprung vehicles existed. Never DD’d one but my Dad did all the time all over the UK for work and we would ride in them as a family vehicles often.

My 96 5 speed is a DD but I do rotate the bike in during good riding weather about 2-3 times a week just to save on gas. It's nice to put $85 in one tank...and $12 in the bike...

I drive an '04 Disco 2 as my DD. 85k miles, just bought it last February. Have done most of the catch up maintenance stuff (new front drive shaft, new plugs and wires, flushed fluids, etc.). Hoping it will run for years.
