Window Sox
This looks like a great product. It would be really good for those who sleep in the back of their rigs. You can get ventilation without letting all the flying critters in.

The idea is good.. they have really taken off in oz and look TERRIBLE as they age!! its such a shame to see a really nice car with a faded rag flappin in the breeze off the window!!

as for camping.. sure!

just my 2c ;)

I'v got a couple that I put on for around camp ,too help keep the fridge a bit cooler when its in the back of the car

I made a couple to go over the rear side windows. Our dog sleeps in the back of the car when we camp. It allows for lots of air and no mosquitoes or flies.

Very easy to make out of shade cloth, I used some scraps I had laying around.

If you're handy with a sewing machine this is what's involved.

Fold a piece of shade cloth over the top of the door so it covers the window area on both sides, and hangs below window by 3 inches or so.

Mark the shape of the door on the shade cloth with a permanent marker making the pattern.

Cut the shade cloth along the pattern lines, cut an inch outside the lines for the hem.

Sew along the pattern lines.

Turn inside out.

Place over door.

I hate to say this, but they have those at Wal-Mart. IIRC they were around $8 for a pair.
