Street Wolf,

I appreciate your tenacity in continuing to post on topic in your own thread. :) It got rather embarrasing to read and I am sorry it got hijacked from you. Kudos for not giving up on it. FWIW I like your truck and thank you for sharing!

Thank you. :sombrero:

Also, new parts are in. Or actually the last of a series of parts I have ordered from Lucky8, AtlanticBritish, and Summit Racing, with one goal in mind. :sombrero:

However I'll have to wait until the German cousin of Lucky8's Rover Dog is finished inspecting the quality of the packaging before I can take pictures of what is actually inside, and install them.

Also, while I was at it and had the back door panel removed. I went ahead and fixed the worthless metal strap thing that was suppose to hold my fire extinguisher in place.

From this worthless thing-

Oh yeah, and can't forget about the Qt front differential guard that came in with the D44 from Lucky8 as well.

lol...he just never had any place to mount it...heck up until awhile ago he had like 3 sets of tires/rims...definitley had a "Spare" :)

Looks good now maybe some of the stuff thats suppose to be in the storage drawers can go back in them since the dang extinguisher is out of their finally.

3 sets of tires not with the truck when you have a flat do absolutely no good. My spare is on the roof right now, occupying the space where his tent is. I feel I have more use for a spare than a RTT.

Drawers are already full again, or at least the left one is. :sombrero:

And.... where do you suppose we kept at least one or two of those tires from the other sets? In, or on the truck.

Well, post 200 of this thread is the first picture of your truck with a spare on it, or in it. Also, JEFFGTP stated you didn't have anywhere to mount a spare, so it's an easy conclusion for me that you didn't carry a spare. If I'm wrong then fine, but yesterday was the first indication of you having a spare on or in the truck. So up until now, you would have been out of luck with a flat as best I can tell and you have indicated in the build.

The Spare was kept in the back of the truck...its rather unsightly for pictures of the box and other work we have done back there so it was removed for pics. About the only time we did not have a spare was when we were driving around town with his dog in the back and we know enough people that could run and get one from his house if we had a flat around town so thats never been an issue. We haven't gone on any off-roading or trips without a spare (well the local off-roading spot right outside of town, but again we do have friends and its usually been when Ceaser tagged along). I apologize for any misconception I perpetuated.
