WTB-Foreign license tag

I've put one of my old Alaska plates on the rear of the truck camper without any problems. I kept them because they've got a cool looking grizzly bear on them. They're from the early 70's. I remove it when I cross the borders.

I happened to bring both (I think both) of my tags back from Germany, havent re-installed them yet though. You are welcome to one if you want it (if I did indeed bring them both back). Not sure if its what you are looking for though.

Not quite as cool as Africa (though i've been to a few countries there), but it'll work.

A cool fact (to me anyway) about my XJ is that its been around the world, literally. First titled in Calif, then went to Japan with a Master Sargent in the AF, then to Europe where I bought it, and now back to the Eastern US.

And it hasnt even hit 160K on the odometer yet...

Edit: Its the same as this:

And for something *completely* different from Africa, there's the Northwest Territories polar bear plate. One of the coolest in North America, IMHO:

I second the grille badge...picked mine up in Fort Williams, Scotland in 2001. It's been on every vehicle I've owned since.

I have 2 from Western Australia (one black one yellow), a UK rear (yellow), and a New Zeland (black) with a licence plate frame proclaiming they are the home of the America's Cup.

No Africa though.

Sure, PM me. In the meantime I will look for them.
