What year doors had the super duty mirrors on them and will they cross over?

2003 was the first year for the Twin Arm Superduty style mirrors, base mirrors were changed to a flag style. 2003 was also the year that received the updated grille. They SD style mirrors do not directly bolt on to 2002 and older vans.

8 foot popup in a 6.5 foot bed?

I had a similar setup years ago. Dodge Power Ram 50 4x4[Mitsu Mighty Max] with a 7' Longbed and a Palomino intended for a shortbed compact pickup. It looked quirky, but did the job, I later used that camper in a Longbed F250 with a riser "adapter" to clear the cab and bedsides. You might not...

    Dually front spacer?? Help!!

I'll say again: It is a 1995-1997 F350 axle on the OPs van with the Quigley suspension brackets welded on. High Pinion Dana 60 with bolt on Dual piston calipers It is the most favorable series of Quigley with Dana 60 to own, since it has a high amount of Ford parts content. The dually wheel hub...

    Dually front spacer?? Help!!

That axle is a 95-97 F350 Dana 60. You can source the SRW wheel hubs from any TTB Dana 50 or 1978-1997 Ford Dana 60, Sometime around 1982 Ford added the hub centric ridge. The rotors are different between SRW and DRW, SRW have bigger holes for the lug studs, although sometimes people install SRW...

any pics of SRW truck with flatbed/camper combo?

Not sure where I saved these picture's from, they're in my cache. Here's a pretty simple setup with readily available toolboxes. It looks like the camper and boxes have their own platform. I like Spencinator's rendering with its midget wheelwells so the bed need not be excessively high.

Check out the rare ford I just bought and conversion question

285/75R16 will work on 4 inches of lift with OEM 16 X 7wheels and no fender trimming. Aftermarket wheels with more Negative[Outward] will likely require front fender trimming. Granted all the tire makers specify 7.5" as the minimum recommended width for 285s My BFG 255 M/T's have about 32K...

Check out the rare ford I just bought and conversion question

Chris' kit is the way to go for DIY, it's pretty straightforward and the axles are plentiful compared to the older models. I don't have his kit, but have a Dana 50 and 10.5 under my van with OEM Ford alloy wheels and 255/85R16 Tires The width is perfectly suited to a van. Which brand of tire...

Check out the rare ford I just bought and conversion question

A 4x4 Mainshaft and rear tailhousing are what's needed for the conversion. No spline adapters or couplers.

Check out the rare ford I just bought and conversion question

Very nice find. I recommend having the transmission converted to run a married transfer case. For more than one reason: Retaining fuel capacity. The biggest reason: You'll have a more modern transfer case. And one less driveshaft. If you take more pics, I'd love to see how tight a fit...

    Adding cruise control?

Whoops, disregard my earlier post in regards to the servo motor and cable. I read right past the part about having a techno-diesel. I am unsure whether it would work with or without the PCM being reprogrammed.

    Adding cruise control?

I converted more than one Ford with fully electronic speed control. You will need at least 4 items. This is the basic details of what my trucks needed, 96 E250 and 96 Ranger, and should be similar for yours. Speed Control servo with proper throttle cable and bracket from van equipped with...

split axle from f250 1980-1997 front quigley used.

That's a Dana 50, not a 44 Quigley and most vehicle upfitters will apply a decal in the driver door jamb area.
