Don't drill additional holes in your IIa. Just buy a plastic license plate bracket (not frame) from an auto parts store and drill that to match the existing screw spacing in the IIa. Then, simply screw your plate on to the bracket. Voila.

It depends what you are looking for. In the current market, there are nice D-90's out there for less than that. I concur with the earlier suggestion. Check out D-90.com
