If you're US-based, try Susquehanna Motorsports. They carry a lot and what they don't have they can probably order. Very helpful folks.

You're talking full-frame equivalent, of course, Trevor?
I shot an awful lot of film at 135mm. Maybe 105mm now with the Canon 5Dmkii. I haven't taken that many artistic digital shots with wide angle (auto racing has been a main photographic pursuit over the last few years, where telephoto...
Interesting data, haven. In my town FJCs are all over the place -- I see many of them a day anytime I'm out and about. I'd have guessed there were a lot more sold than are.

Thanks for the reference, haven. The author talks at length about add-on photo apps, and notes the built in camera app leaves much to be desired (at least in iOS).
I've tried to take "decent" photos on my iPhone 4S and the best results I can get with the stock app are so far behind even my old...
Man, that is sooo much nicer than the simple construction used underneath the original Apaches. Their plywood bases on a puny frame were always their weakest part -- not on your version! This project continues to be a delight to watch.
I'd definitely wash off whatever caused the attack. Dilution is the solution here. I'd use cold water -- warm at most and wouldn't use hot at all. I'd let room temperature and time take care of things once the surface is free of the agent damaging the plastic.
What exact brand is the ice...
This does not sound good at ALL.
I'd guess the fridge liner is a thermoplastic, probably vacuum-formed into the shape needed, and the polymer was attacked by the contents or the material of the ice pack.
Fridge liners are (AFAIK) often ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) a fine material...
Your careful approach will pay off, I'm sure. VHB tape is a good choice -- fershure it lives up to its "very high bond" name. With long lengths of your skin bonded to the framing there likely won't be much flex.
One thing to look for in the design are stress risers. Those can be significant...
But the skin will be structurally bonded to the frame, though, won't it? The structure is intended to be frame + stressed skin, right? That might change stress distribution. You may have to go through some of this twice...
Exactly right -- South Africa. The company says so on the website quite clearly.

Danaher used to have the Apex Tool Group joint venture with Cooper Industries, but spun that off to Bain Capital in October 2012. Apex makes tools for a lot of folks, including Armstrong as one of their own brands and they're one of the bigger private label producers for Craftsman. Much of the...
Those UK wheels are not the ones I normally see on Hilux models in Europe -- but they do indeed look like exactly the same wheel as the LC-70 series in the US Toyota parts book.
For reference, here are some shots of steelies older Hiluxes or LC Prado models over the last few years. Ya gotta...
I have five of those in my garage, as a future project for my 2001 Tacoma. Got 'em from Cruiser Dan at a good price.
It's a LC wheel fershure. I don't think it ever came stock on a Hilux, did it?
