That'll look good behind the Chinook, but this one w/ 48k might look better...

Yeah, it's another cool, chopped and raised kind of deal. Interesting how they kept the lower 1/2, then added that reinforced fiberglass top. Sprinter-style. It's nice how the added straight sides keep the head room.
Interesting doors...
It's a 2000. 2WD, V10. Drives nice. Totally gutted of anything RV behind the front seats. Probably more of a project than I really need... but seems like a fun one to build. I was going to start gutting the ambo, but couldn't bring myself to since it's so well built.
Woah that high top is cool. Sort of like what people do with school buses when they cut the roof off, raise it up, then fill in the sides. Cool custom fiberglass.
Wow that's looking great. Those big windows took some extra effort but worth it in the end. Nice work on the fab.
Those scene port lights look great, definitely a nice way to see out and still let some light in.
Cool toilet frame/slides. What kind of wheels are those?
Hey hey! Good to hear the drive went well.
Looking good so far. I think taking out the wall behind the pass. seat is probably mandatory on minimods. Glad you tackled it first.
Good call on taking your time tearing the rest out, there are a lot of gutted, but still-unfinished, ambo builds out...
Looking good in there! Nice use of the backboard slots. I had originally used them to store some bed padding, but went w/ the fold down inner bed. That was after we were using the bed as a couch, and had to change over in a cold mountain rain/snow storm. It wasn't fun having to open the back...
Cool service body w/ windows & nice bulkhead/divider with windows and door. I like the side compartments w/ pass through. Perfect inside counter & outside cooking area.
2005 Ford E350 SERVICE BODY - $17995 (Salem, OR)...
Looking great. I keep hoping one of these days someone will replace the lights with portlight style covers/hatches. They really do let some nice light in.
Ok...that's pretty cool! I like that both these ambos have the blue stripe. I could see them both parked at the same EMS garage. Glad you both ended up with 4wd ambos. I'm jealous.
Guess you can open the rear hatch without setting off the alarm, then pop the seats out in under a minute. Then people have to try and find some on Craigslist. Just a heads up for anyone buying some, try to make sure they're legit...
