This is the route I'm headed. While I don't have one, I've used other people's and it seems to work very well without having to re-circulate water to get it hot enough. Going to add a water tank to my Expo trailer first but then it will be the next upgrade.
Got my solar panel rack finished up and mounted. It's a bit hard to take pictures of but it holds 2 x 100 watt Renogy solar panels. I used thin strip teflon adhesive tape so the panels would slide easily on the steel rack and then they are locked in place with keyed-alike padlocks.

The other nice thing about having the switch is I have my solar panel and solar charger hooked up to my aux. The panel pulls in enough power to for the switch to connect and charge both batteries, but flipping the switch on the console I can isolate the aux...
I really like the switch as the lights on it allow you to monitor that all is working correctly. Granted the solenoid makes a large sound when it connects, I like the peace of mind of visually seeing the system is working. Also, when something is wrong with the system, the lights on the switch...
Got my MXT115 yesterday, really impressed with how solid it feels for such a small unit, even the mic is heavy duty.
Looks like the MXTA11 antennas are back in stock, going to order one up to go with it!
I read some reviews on Amazon about receiver issues on the MXT115, has this been resolved?
I want the repeater ability of the MXT115 but don't need the 40watts of the MXT400.
