Weird..... I feel the stability control in my 3rd is one of the least intrusive systems I've seen. I have no problems drifting corners in the snow. I feel it kick on, but it sure gives much more leeway than alot of other cars I've driven.

My guess is the electronic shift on the fly (ESOF) hubs are not engaging and its actually still in 2wd......... If it is equipped with ESOF and most all are, it is most surly the problem and very common. It uses a vacuum pulse to lock and unlock the hubs and after years of rot all the hoses...

I have the ATW (which I think is just like the AT3 but only sold at Discount) on my gen 3. There is some noise, not loud, but noticeable. I only have maybe 8k miles, but so far have really liked the tires. The last few snow storms they have performed very well.

I put the entire powerstop kit on my superduty, pads, calipers and drilled/slotted roters. It's is amazing how well the truck stops. Well worth it.

I want to say they do need to come off, but can't remember. Maybe someone with more experience can say for sure.

Well bummer Radflo does not offer their kit any more. I called King and its pricey....1500 for the front and 780 for the back (no back springs). I'd love to do it but I think thats more than I should pay.
