No doubt that it has positives. Like all things, it's a matter of whether the positives outweigh the negatives or not. Cleaning trumps noise reduction in my book. Others may disagree.

Now, one more potential switcharoo. Has anyone seen the Liquid Spring Suspension? They are going to offer a F350 srw model early next year. It's spendy, but has some REALLY cool features. It autolevels, so the conflict of bags versus XHD springs is gone. Plus, it levels when parked. :oops...

After owning an Element, I wondered why ANY car has carpet. I jumped at the chance to delete it.

Well, I pulled the ole' switch-a-roo. I thought I needed an 8ft. bed, but the camper and bed manufacturers met at Overland Expo and determined that I can get away with a 6.75' bed. That'll save me 16" on wheelbase! Woot!!!

That looks great! I ended up keeping the marine board counter, putting an edge trim on it and repurposing the curtain system from the back window to go in front of the sink drain/trach can.

2022. 7.3/4.30. Debating suspension mods as we speak. Cat's meow is the Carli Pintop, but fully spec'd with proper wheels, it'd add $10k to the build.

That's a nice setup. We're in the process of ordering a new K2 as we speak (Guanella with a Cassette toilet), because we want something bigger. You'll probably get more bites if you post interior pics of the truck. Good luck!
