Another diesel engine we can't get here. Same with the Hilux. A formerly anti-diesel friend drove a Hilux in Nicaragua and was blown away with the low end grunt and the fuel economy.
I use a Hummer military scissors jack with an Agile Offroad billet adapter. My camper and Ram diesel weigh 9200# wet. It lifts it effortlessly and I don't have to get under the vehicle to raise it like I did with my bottle jack. The base is large too unlike the bottle jack.
Myself and three friends had 1985 Toyota trucks. They all consumed 2.5 qts of oil every 3K. Toyota wouldn't touch them saying it was "within specs." One of the owners walked up and down the sidewalk in front of Toyota of Carlsbad with a sign reading "Does your Toyota truck eat oil?" After five...
Research emission equipment longevity especially the DEF filter and pump. To me off camber travel offroad would be pretty hairy with the hightop especially with a mild lift as mentioned. My buddy's got a new one and being 6'4" I don't have enough seat tilt with the seat shoved back for my legs...
That's a well tuned rig bud. You got the 3500 with the leafs. It would be nice to have Deaver build you a custom leafpack. I'm not a fan of the Stableloads but they're working for you. Real nice.

Congratulations on enrolling your child in private school. Lots of Ram Cummins when I visited years ago. We were in Kauai five months ago and fuels were cheaper than San Diego and it's 3000 miles older. Nice aloha vibes. I miss it. Mahalo.
Parks and Recreation in San Diego chucked their perfectly fine F-150 longbeds for Rangers with the micro beds. Spend the money or lose it. Typical government. My buddy works there and it now takes three trips to the haulaway bin when it used to take one. He's 5'10" and bashes his head all day...
17" Method's with 35's and way more backspacing would dramatically improve the handling and ride. There is a market for firepits out there. I saw a bunch when I visited Florida before Xi's Plague.
