Yes, interference engine. I had mine done on the 2005 @ 97K about a year ago by the Mitsu dealer, including tensioners, waterpump etc was $1260. I'd say $700 with labor is a deal.

for sure keep the 2x 3rd rows. I just bought 1 for my '93, PO tossed the originals some time back. Sometimes they are just handy to have and don't take up that much space when out of the vehicle.

That is a pretty fair price, depending on timing belt status.

I don't think heated seats came along until Gen 2.5 from the factory. I could be mistaken however. There is always an option to discuss re-upholstery with your local "expert". Craigslist can help you find one.

got it. the Manual multi-way adds up/down adjustment on the side controls. I don't have one like that.

You might be best off to clean up and run the stock wheels for fitment.
