So the build is done. I'll check the in progress a lot more often. PM me for any questions or if it's time sensitive.

Update #2: Houston, Austin, Dallas
So I left Denham Springs and started making my way West. Leaving Louisiana was pretty nerve-wracking. I got the alignment done, but the issue only got worse. It went from just a rubbing noise to a full steering wheel shake. It was starting to happen more...
Update #1:
The update isn't going to be too exciting because I'm not really site-seeing; just driving through to Colorado. Okay so day one the passenger side brakes weren't releasing so that kind of was like a dagger in the heart to almost get going and have that happen. Going through all the...
So on February 11, 2016 I left on a trip around the US, Baja, and Canada in my 2003 Ford E350 with my dog and a KTM EXC300 on the back. Here's the story...

I couldn't get any internet before I saw this. I had them replace the caliper. I'm going to stay in austin another night and head to dallas tomorrow. So I probably won't know if it was the caliper until I get on the highway and see if it happens again. Thanks for the input guys. It felt...
So I've been hitting problem after problem and i haven't even taken it off the fking highway yet. The latest thing is that it's pulling to the left and randomly when i go over a bump it started out as a noise like a plastic fender rubbing. It would stop every time i slowed down so i could never...
Does your arm hit any of those switches? I rest my arm on the door most of the time. I had something slide off the bed and hit my switch panel yesterday. I don't know how long I was driving with my side porch light on lol. I know I passed a cop though. He probably thought, ******?
My dad took it out to work today to get some shots of the VAB and ****. He put the camera on the ground for all of them so they all consist of 60% shadow and pavement and the bottom half of the building lol Oh well, I tried cropping the best I could.
The Vehicle Assembly Building that the...
Thanks for the kind words. Baja, we'll have to link up this summer. I plan on spending quite a bit of time out in Baja and could use some advice/caravan.
I added a taillight on the mx hauler
I also added a few springs to keep the lines out of the door jams and tight around the corners...
This is just a copy of my email to Espar in hopes that maybe someone can chime in and help before I hear from them:
So my heaters are installed, but now just have to be wired up. They came with no literature and the schematics online (esparofmichigan) seem to be instructions for outdated...
It's pretty stout stock. I'll run a chain around it with a lock and probably use two ratchet straps instead of one. The only modification I did to it was that the rear bolt hanger that goes through the footpeg didn't have a great place to clamp to and it'd be on the outside. So I had to drill...
So I'm getting really close. In the final stretch.
I made a little box that fits under my bed for all my clothes.
I also bought two big totes that fit perfectly in the back. One's going to be a bunch of random stuff and my summer clothes and the other is going to be my motocross stuff. My...
Only advice I can give is just start throwing stuff in there and building. I changed the design so many times and most of the changes happened AS I was building it. Just put the stuff in and move it around.
already ahead of you on the screen, great idea.
It's a 6" latex mattress. I bought it off of ebay. http://www.ebay.com/usr/latextoppers
I'm 6'1" I can lay down on it diagonally and sprawl out. The width is just about 6 foot so I can lay flat if i bend my knees a bit. Height wise, you can...
So I found this solar powered landscape led light kit at harbor freight for like 10 bucks. I thought it'd be perfect for the back box. So I tore it apart and put it in. Pretty straight forward. I just took the solar panel out and re-soldered it back to the board. Drilled a hole and...
