I've owned an LR3 and currently use an LR4, the motor in the LR4 is light years ahead of the LR3, changing the oil in LR4 is also far easier... All that said I drove the LR3 for 74k before getting the LR4 which now has 56k and never had any issues with either V8... No experience on SCV6.
