Use MDO plywood...or go find a good marine plywood. ACX is very prone to warpage and rot if not completely sealed.

A fastener in an electrical system is not meant to conduct electricity - only act as a clamp for two conducting surfaces. It clamps ring terminals, bus bars, etc to another surface - like a battery terminal, another terminal, etc.
Use whatever ya want, as long as it doesnt cause galvanic...
Legit question - given the low power, is there any real difference from one CB to another? I had a Cobra 75 and some Midland unit years ago... and unless I saw the person, it was basically noise. I'm a ham and GMRS for years - a buddy wants me to get one, so thought I'd look into it.

I agree, it is a good idea to keep comments in check.
Insurance companies cannot find criminal negligence. They can only sue in a civil court or deem you financially responsible - the implications of who pays for what (or not) are then decided from there.
The government is the only entity...
Thx for that - these were all ordered from the same seller at the same time - too much time passed before I realized what the issue was...

Stop over thinking.
The biggest issue with your testing is dynamics. Tongue weight will be different, wind resistance, CoG, etc - all of this will be different in your final trailer - but youre weights are so little, I wouldn't stop with plan.
Stay at or under your 750kg limit, keep the...

It all depends on the vehicle and CoG of the vehicle + load. An F250/F350 or commercial grade 1...
The hatch entrance behind the roll bar is a total non-starter - that kills the entire rear kitchen/cargo area. How are you supposed to get into it? Enter in the rear gate? How close the glass and gate? So does even more cargo have to be lost to allow one to get via the door then crawl in to the...
Hmmm....needs some extra thought - access from above, placement of brackets is in the middle of the cargo area, making it hard to access/get things in & out.

Use aux switches, then get an Auxbeam or Fenix 4200 switch panel from Amazon. The sPod has always been over priced and has always been under featured.

I have a 2015 Sprinter diesel 144 lifted on 35s - runs awesome. We are not shy about taking it places - in fact we passed a group of fully kitted overlanders on some nasty 'roads' along the Lost Coast and were usually greated with a look of surprise and shock when we drove past.
Between my...
