I have two NP's a 03 and a 06. I typically drive the 06. The other day I drove the 03 and realized my 06 is severely lacking in power. Like passing on the highway isn't possible sometimes. The 03 is very peppy. I can't remember if it started like this or just got slow. It downshifts 2 gears and...
Yes exactly. Mine tested fine and replacing them fixed it. Make sure the lines are routed correctly too.
I noticed about 0.5 mpg loss and everything spins anyway so I'm not worried about wear.

Ok that makes more sense.
Start at the freewheel clutch solenoids and work your way from there to the actuator checking the vacuum lines all the way up to the engine as well. Sounds exactly like mine was when the solenoid was bad/leaky.
To avoid the fault just leave the truck in 4wd center...
Is the front wheel green lights blinking or flickering? And get the rear indicator lights fixed so you know if it's possibly all of them blinking and not just the fronts.
Or is it the center orange CDL lock light blinking?
The system resets the faults every time you shut it off.

Both of mine are over 150k. My 06 is 192k. Have done nothing more than oil changes and brakes. Need to do the timing belts on both at some point though. Oh the 06 got catalytic converters.
Zero maintenance history on either. Owned the 06 about a year and the 03 9 mos.

I used a hitch extender with my Yakima hitch rack. Back door on a d2 could open more than half way with the rack lowered like that. I mounted the rack so the forward bike handlebars were on the pass side to maximize room. Opposite how yours are oriented.

In very limited markets the older GR/GU is available. Traction control has taken the place of lockers and solid axles. And it's no longer a rugged vehicle, it's a luxury vehicle. Like the 200 land cruiser vs a 80 series.

Yeah. Dex3 is now multi vehicle.
You might get lucky but I would use sp3 spec and not look back. My 98 shifted horrible and it took 2 drain refills (not just the pan) to get it back smooth.

Good luck man, it's pretty proven that you will have issues running anything but dex II (not dex3) or diaqueen sp3 or other sp3 exact spec from Hyundai or eneosSP.
Fwiw you can add a quart of ATF to the oil, drive it around a few miles then change it and put in some rotella T6 or other higher detergent oil. The detergents in the ATF help to break gunk free. Might be enough to quiet down that lifter.

You want hubcentric but I've not seen any for 3rd gens.
Toyota rims will fit and space out the tires. I had Tacoma steel wheels on one of mine for a while but went back to the oem 16's. The offset was a lot better but i felt like they were way heavier and that the conical lugs just didn't quite...
