    Blue Loctite vs. Nylock

We use blue loctite at work, which deals with equipment to run 24/7 with a lot of vibration. Keeps its secured but allows us to work on it.

    New (used) truck options

As a 1 tonner myself, I will say that they are not cheap. Even the 125k miles or more are pulling $25000+ Sure gas will be a little cheaper and give you some more payload. Id say look around before getting rid of your truck. You may find the best option is to keep it.

    Thoughts on used EarthRoamer?

If its built exactly how you want it, then Id say maybe worth it But with the way I think, which is not like most, itd be better to get your own truck and go from there. I don't need all the fancy decor or fancy systems. While convenient, not for me. If youre looking for a 4x4, theres plenty...

My kid is getting started...need some advice

"Ask your mother" But seriously, Id say save pennies, check thrift stores, cruise craigslist for used gear. Especially being Springish time, people will upgrade or no longer need camping gear. Camp out in the backyard and see what you (personally, not what someone else) want/need to enjoy...

Looking for the best full size for my family.

For what youre asking, I would do 4 door truck with cap. You can do a lot with that. Storage and sleeping arrangements are endless. I might just be truck biased. Ive considered an SUV for similar ventures but sleeping space eats up any interior storage. Unless you get a rooftop cargo holder or...

Need help deciding, Why a Tacoma over a full size truck?

In my old Dakota, I thought parking garages were tight. My F350 can only dream to navigate them.

    General Ford Expedition Thread

Id really like an expedition. But my goodness....they got expensive. Id prefer an SUV to a van for 4wd (winter can be rough here). Sure wish the Excursions were a thing.

What is the craziest recovery situation you made it through (or didn't make it through)?

So heres a little story. The recovery was simple, it was just my error of using the truck. The first heavy snowfall since I had gotten my F350 I managed to get it stuck across from my apartment. With my old Dakota, I didnt need to be moving to switch on 4x4. Tried that with the ol F350 and said...

    Dallas - 2014 Ford E350 4x4 fully built

At first I thought that was miles... For that much, better off stepping up to that Earthroamer. But ya, Id like a 4x4 van myself.

Looking for thoughts on truck for hauling camper

With more than just the 6.0 available, I would not go that route. As others have said, forget the lifts. 350 is plenty tall enough and if you get a CCLB like me, trails and parking get limited. I wouldnt have it any other way, though.
