That is because they only know what the book/maual says (or company recommends)..... anything out of context, they would just say "NO". That's their training. Since Gen II's never came with manual hubs from factory, AISIN being the OEM supplier never made it for Gen II's officially...

My current one developed a leak somewhere and is kind of loud now. I also noticed the truck doesn't pull as hard when I press on Gas? It's pretty much rotted so I think I'll have to replace everything after Exhaust header. What are some good reasonable options available out there? Quiet ones...

Mine arrived yesterday will be putting them on this weekend. Can someone point me to a DIY, I saw it long time back but can't find it now. Also i tried to turn the knob thing between lock and unlock but it won't move.... do i need to apply more force or does it work only when put on?

Hello thank you it is the same wires as you mentioned. Now gotta figure out how to get the sound to the speakers without stock amp. The stock amp wiring is super confusing.

Hello All, Have a Gen 2.5 (Year 2000) with cold weather package. It came fitted with aftermarket stereo which I want to replace. Who ever did it earlier had cut the factory harness, I'm unable to find ACC, Ignition and Ground wire.... any one knows what color code wire factory uses for these 3...
