We have installed Espar hydronic systems into numerous vehicles, most notable the E7 Series 70's, and have not experienced any of these issues. The fan will run after the required temps have been reached but only for a short while. As for not re starting until the temperature has dropped...
AT is currently prototyping a swivel tongue jack. So far it's all looking good and we should be in production soon. Here is a video of the prototype from our Facebook page
If you have an oil cooler I'd check to make sure it is working correctly. If your oil is heating up and running thin you will experience low oil pressure at idle. You can also get the same results if you are running the wrong grade oil.
Well that makes more sense. By the way I forgot to welcome you to the Portal :-)
To give you some cost comparison on trailers do a search for Australian manufacturers, look at their pricing and then compare it to pricing in the USA. They sell more trailers in OZ than in the USA so the demand...
Quite a few people have used the same financial analysis to start trailer manufacturing businesses, most of them are now out of business.
I don't wish to be unkind or rude, but what the heck are they teaching in business school?
As Stan said a visit to Expo East might well be in your cards. Nothing like comparing equipment side by side. The reality is that not every product is for everyone, and our job as vendors is to realize that, get a customer into the right product for their needs, and not be afraid to recommend a...
Yes both campers are pop ups.
The roof lift systems are different, the Heco crank in the Northstar is very easy to use and I like to hang things on the bars when the top is up. The crank system on a FWC wouldn't work as the bed expands by sliding out. The lift system for the roof on the FWC...
We were just talking about "creative" ways manufacturers use to make their vehicles lighter yesterday. We weighed one of our trailers on some race scales and it came in way below what we thought it should weigh. So even manufacturers use a certain amount of estimation in the weight game.
I own...
You have a few challenges with your M416. The chassis is C channel so it flexes, the body also flexes with the chassis and creates gaps between the body and the lid letting in moisture and dust.
Tape doesn't work well as a lid seal, you are better of using bulb seal. Bulb seal doesn't like...
Cleaning the plug and socket on the camper hook up should help matters. There should be a ground cable in the wiring. Make sure it has a good ground either to the truck battery or the chassis. The positive wire should be fused to the truck battery. Make sure it is tight, clean, and free of...
I'm reminded of the question " How long is a piece of string?". The question can't really be answered with any accuracy, in your case until you either have the trailer, you have decided which trailer you are going to get, or you have designed the trailer.
If you take Jimbo's trailer as a good...
The issue is there is not enough resistance from the LED lights for the vehicle to recognize it's hooked up to a trailer. Most good trailer suppliers sell a resister that can be added to the circuit, once installed the vehicle senses the trailer and all is good.
From standard equipment fitted in the nose box you shouldn't be getting any beeping. The battery is not the original brand, and apart from a digital solar controller nothing else we would have put in has an LED read out. Leads me to believe that what ever is making the noise was fitted by the...
Do you have a battery in your trailer, or are you powering your outlets from your tow vehicle?
If you have a battery in the trailer and it's fully charged I'd agree with others that it seems like your wire gauge is too small. Depending on how far the outlets are from the power source you are...
Santana made a version of the Series III under license in Spain for years. This was before their more recent relationship with Iveco. What I find interesting is the line that says "IT HAS A CLEAN NORTH CAROLINA TITLE. IT HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY A NORTH CAROLINA DMV INSPECTOR AS A LEGITIMATE VEHICLE...
A normal ball coupler provides 15' off center of motion before separation becomes likely. This provides for a total of 30', for example 15' of the vehicle off center to the left, and 15' of the trailer off center to the right. It doesn't mean that at 31' the trailer and vehicle come apart, it...
