I inquired with the seller about the foam density (not the thin memory foam layer) on these and they replied with 1.4 lbs which means it is a soft rating. These types of foam generally don't last long and compress and stay compressed. I would recommend something more like this...
Admittedly it looks in great shape, essentially you have done maintenance to keep it in great condition, but you really should research pricing. KBB in excellent condition (top 3% of the vehicles for sale) is quite a bit lower than what you are asking. Unfortunately they are not Toyotas.
The PO of my trailer built it using a bead board paneling type material on the interior walls. It's warping pretty bad after 6 years. I'll be replacing most of it with 1/4" birch plywood.
My new to me (old) truck will be closer to MOD than me, still waiting for transport company to pick it up. Details later.

I see lots of them on CL for under $2k. Granted probably not Hallmark Gunellas, but your average buyer won't care. Unfortunately without good or passable canvas & windows you buyer pool really decreases.
Appears that you can price it out on NADA to give you some idea if its worth putting $3k+...
