You probably don't need the inner tie rod ends. They don't have a joint really and are really just a piece of threaded steel. Unless they are bent or something.

99% sure its the bulbs, I had the same issue with my '05 to find out that both bulbs went out at the same time (seriously - can this really be?). Down the same rabbit hole, but diagnosed instead of randomly replacing parts.
