What I did was use fine tread bolts and an anti-theft type lug nut that was the same as the wheels. Then I cranked it down with the tire iron.

If memory serves me right the M101 (canadian) and m416 (usa) use early Jeep CJ (41-53) springs. So getting getting some lift shackles should be as easy as CJ lift shackles are pretty common. 4WD Hardware has 2.25 inch lift shackles,greaseable bolts and bushings for $85+ shipping here...
