I linked the poster to your thread in hopes you two can link up here. I'd have been all over it if I didn't have my ovrlnd being built in a few months.
FYI. Someone just listed on on the FB project M group in Sacramento. Tried posting a screenshot but the image won’t upload.

I’ve seen one come up on here locally for $400. I’ve seen two come and go on Craigslist and Facebook for 350 in the last two weeks.
yes, I know that’s comparing new to used prices. But even at the retail price of $550 for an ARB twin, that’s $450 for an aluminum tank and a case.
there’s a few...
I know how to do that, but I would never do that on my $1000 carbon wheels. For the truck yes, but definitely not on the bike which is the only time I’m seating a tubeless tire.
Thanks. Other than a compressor and an air tank- what is needed to make it work right? I imagine a pressure switch of some kind?
I know it won't seat a truck bead and don't need it to, only tubeless mountain bike tires. Which my 3 gallon harbor freight compressor does fine, it just packs...
really, that’s pretty fair. The dealer has that unit advertised in AEV Facebook groups at $89,500. So that’s only $2k more than the last private party had it listed for 6 months ago. As a dealer, they do a used car reconditioning- change fluids, clean it up, safety check, etc…
And being a...
I've been lugging around a small cheap harbor freight air compressor on my mountain bike trips for years. Mostly using it to seat the occasional tubeless MTB tire and a blower nozzle for some bike maintenance. But it packs terribly and now I have a truck I'd like to air down. I really like...
I'm awaiting delivery of my truck bed camper later this summer and using a ground tent or a bed tent in the meantime. On my last journey, I found I needed to charge my Goal Zero on days where I stayed stationary or just didn't drive far. Once my camper is built, I will be sticking 1 or 2 100w...

they actually have a few PXL's on lot.
Hey all,
My OVRLND camper is being built and will have a sliding bed that will be 67" wide and 80" long. So I need a mattress solution that is 67x40 and get two of them. I know I can go to a variety of online foam suppliers who can sell me 2x 3" thick pieces of foam. But what I am looking for...
I wish. TRX rear set up is unique with the bump stop being inside the coil. So the timbrens would not fit inside coil
TRX uses a unique spring because the suspension is different than the standard 1500. Eibach has some custom springs they have been testing for about a year. But they do not...
You are correct. I misspoke. It had limited slip. I’ve also been pricing out regular 1500s and they can do e lockers.

Just because you have one expensive thing, does not mean cost of operation is not a factor at all. As stated several times in this thread, the mpg is a small factor in all this. It’s more about payload. With the TRX I will have to constantly be “looking over my shoulder” concerned with weight...
On my ambulance build, which was quite similar to the construction of an ovrlnd (aluminum tube and skin) I uses great stuff windows and doors. I've use this technique on van builds as well with great success and is what I will do with my ovrlnd as well
