Another vote for the Pack-it style cubes. Either Eagle reek or amazon's version. Very nice and multiple sizes for whatever level of kit you put together. We have 15xx Pelican filled with them for our truck kit and we use smaller ones for our motorcycles kits.

IIRC the Goodyear military tire has a higher speed rating in the same size. Im blanking on the model/name

The real question for me is payload. Will it match the ROW Ranger which has payloads greater than most half tons.

Hopefully the new 2019 Ranger coming to US will have the same carrying capacity as the ROW currently has does. That would make a great base for exactly what Burow does.

I believe BB sells the Progressive Dynamic chargers. I have to second the kudos. So nice to see this level of interaction with a vendor.

Try googling enviromental brushes. They seem to be the best seal for the sliding surfaces. I had an Alaskan and they werent great sealing. In theory the brushes should work better.

I cant wait to see more of both your trucks! Very jealous. FYI the RUF Fuso was built on a FM 260 if I recall, I think its a bit different animal than a FE or FG.

Another heater option is the Propex forced air. More expensive but smaller and more efficient. Just another way to go

I have never seen or heard of a prebuilt. It is so truck specific with the shell of the cab over and such.
