    GenIII Limited Slip Diff

If you have a factory locker or ARB in your Gen 3 the traction control only has to do 1/2 of it's job when the locker is engaged so I imagine it would be similar running an LSD. The traction control uses the ABS to control the slippage so less heat in the braking system and less wear on these...

What did you do to your Mitsubishi today?

I need to just remove mine and weld the hole shut, hate those things. If I could fine an old Gen 2 RS I would take it's fixed antenna.

New Free CAD Sheet metal tool

_If anyone wants me to make anything from a file feel free to ask. I've always been an open source kind of guy, we have access to a lot more tools than the average Joe. One really big misconception about ADD is that we are some big company making a bunch of money and we regularly get E-mails...

    GenIII Limited Slip Diff

I haven't owned a Gen 3 with a Limited slip diff but Mitsubishi has always used a bright orange sticker much like the locking differential sticker. HYBL1D LSD

What is this "rust" of which you speak?

Yeah i would eliminate that rust before it turns into something to worry about. I know you get plastic and rubber ones. Try your local automotive paint/body supply store. That wouldn't send me running but i would definitely stop it before it became a problem.

gen 1 to gen 2 front suspension upgrade commences. questions.

I remove the frame side bushing with a C clamp and a short section of tube with a plate on it by pressing the bushing into the tube. I run the old keys but we have no rust here, there is a line that tells you where to plug in the torsion bar into the anchor and key. The measurement for ride...

    Any Outlander Sport Builds?

You can get the Gen 1's for basically no money, there are still a few around town here. They were sold here as the Eagle Summit, Colt Vista and Expo. Probably not the best offroad machines but CHEAP

    Gen 2/2.5 Gas tanks

So there's not many of these left in serviceable condition and the ones that are cost many hundreds of dollars. I'm on my second tank, I actually bought a complete truck to get it. I suggest to some of you guys who are in the Montero game for the long term watch the yards for them, keep an eye...

quick question about the ADD bumpers

I can do that, most of us use that area as a step now. On mine and PA_JERO's I cut off the factory mounts for that reason, saves almost 4" of departure, Gen 2's have a big ***.

Any Delica or 4G63 experts or both?

Mine was a 1989 with a 4G64 (multiport injected), pretty sure that was the only engine option we got here in the US. The ECU is in the passenger B pillar. Anything else?

    Any Outlander Sport Builds?

I would build a full size Outlander V6, they have a 6 speed and center diff lock. I owned one and liked it more than my Gen 3.
