My iPad is a wifi only unit so I use a Bad Elf dongle with it. It works well, but I've had some issues with the charger keeping up the iPad battery when going through the dongle. I'm going to trade in the iPad and get a 4g version that has the internal GPS receiver. The apps on the iPhone...
We were in Medicine Park Oklahoma and I ran across the owner of this great truck. Very little rust. He's getting ready to start the restoration.

Congrats Ace. Someone got an awesome rig! Looking forward to seeing you again. Are you going to Expo this spring? If so, I think we will let you in the FJ camp since you are "The Dude!"

One of the forum members here "RMP&O" is the resident expert on these trucks (IMHO). His restoration work is amazing. You should check out his threads.
Edit: I just noticed you referenced them.
I hope that is the case. If they did, I hope they're not made to add manufactured drama like the other off road cable shows. Their camaraderie is one of the things I like about their current series.

Chris, approximately what mpg does a van like this with a 7.3 get. Everytime I see another come off your line and read how satisfied your customers are, I start rethinking my long term plans for a travel vehicle.
Lol! I think the 4runner is a great choice Ace. I think we are going the Moby XTR teardrop route when it comes time for a trailer. Someone is going to get a great truck for that price. Looking forward to a build thread. Q
Please don't take this a any kind of criticism because I have no experience in this area. I'm also wanting information as we are looking at off road teardrops. The Moby XTR and Adventure Trailers use what looks like a 2" heavy wall tubing. Why would they use that instead of C channel...
