It is mainly the end of the '03 and the '04 production runs. The tooling for the blocks was getting a little sloppy and LR didn't remedy it since 04 was the last of it. It can be remedied with a rebuild, sealing the block, and using pinned top hat liners. The Cannibal motors have this done...

I like it. You have to keep in mind this is a promotional vehicle. If I was in the market for something like this, I'd definitely be checking them out. I greatly prefer graphics like this to a full wrap on a classic.

Another thing to consider is resale value. If you travel a lot, and really rack up the miles, a high mileage wrangler will hold its value better than the GC. This may make a difference come replacement time. For instance a 2002 Grand Cherokee sells for about 1/4 what a similar condition...

This x2! I have the USFS maps for AR in my Gaia GPS app and its 27meg. In TopoMaps I have huge portions of AR,NM, AZ,CO, southeast OK, the eastern 1/2 of the TAT, and the CDT from Canada to Mexico with many off shoots and its 2.7gig. They don't take up much space

Long timelines are to be expected on any custom build. As long as the builder is upfront about them (as you are) I have no problem with that.
