I hate it because it's first time buyers that gets nailed by stuff like this.
I just watched the box assembly videos. At 3:49 the guy says "there is no shear point here in the panel"....that's wrong. The only thing carrying the load between the extrusion and the sub-frame is the floor...
Will the water from one tank will flow into another tank......yes it will if one tank is higher (voltage) than the other. The speed at which the tank fills is controlled the size of the hose (wire).
The foam has a crack. How long will it last when it is bolted to a sub-frame and people are walking on it. By the time the issue become serious the 1 year warranty would have expired.

Yes, if the frame construction produces a hollow section. Despite rounds being ideal they are avoided due to the difficulty of fabrication. Three layers of sheet metal might used to increase the strength of a connection.
The second screen capture is the closest to the Youtube capture. I understand more of what you are saying but the (red) flange is visible the full length in the screen capture while in the Youtube capture the furthest flange disappears.

In the RV world those are called dog bones.
The 30A splitter many not protect the 15A cords so it's possible to draw more than 15amps through a 15A cord.
People will plug the RV into 30amp to run the AC and then use an extension cord from another 120 receptacle in the panel to run other stuff...
